This policy explains what personal data Tap Story Tap collects, why, and your choices.

1. What we collect

• Email address — to create your account and send sign-in links.
• Purchase & subscription records — your credit balance, unlocks, and subscription status. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• Basic usage — which episodes you've started or unlocked, to power "continue watching" and your account.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service, deliver content you've paid for, process payments, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Processors we use

• Supabase — account, authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Retention

We keep account and purchase data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these, email us.

7. Children

The Service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
